Dominic oversees all Engineering, R&D, Technical Support and Design Services.  Dominic has been with Paramount since May of 1987 and began as Paramount’s R&D Prototype and Test Technician.  Prior to coming to Paramount Dominic  owned and operated several successful businesses and was in the electronics industry as a prototype machinist and sheet metal mechanic.

Steve is responsible for new product development and has worked with the company since February of 2007.  Before entering the pool industry Steve worked for 4 years at Rain Bird Corporation in Tucson.  There Steve worked as a New Product Development engineer for the Golf division.  During that time he earned 2 patents.  Prior to that Steve was an engineering consultant specializing in program management and product development.

Jim has been with Paramount since April of 1990. The first sixteen years were spent as Territorial Sales Manager in the Western United States and Western Canada. Since then, Jim has served as Paramount's Technical Support Manager.  Prior to that Jim owned Brentwood Custom Pools and Spas for 8 years, spent 9 years doing Western Regional Sales and Hydraulics training  for Sta Rite Ind. in both the pool and well division, and 8 years as a  branch manager for Swim Chem Products Swimming Pool Wholesale Company.   His start in the pool industry was working for his Dad who owned Serkland’s Pool Service.
